Preschool Practitioner (1:1) – Little Stars Preschool

Location: Little Stars Preschool, Freshwater & Yarmouth CE Primary School

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Little Stars Preschool Team as a 1:1 Preschool Practitioner.
About the Role
- Position: 1:1 Preschool Practitioner
- Contract: Fixed term until 24th July 2026 (funding dependent)
- Hours: 20–22 hours per week
- Working Pattern: To be confirmed (likely 3 days per week)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Pay Grade: Hay Scale 3A
- Working Weeks: Term time only, with the option to pick up additional holiday club shifts
Qualifications Required
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Maths and English GCSE at Grade C / Level 4 or above
